  Mr. Wing Cheung is an internationally renowned executive in the technology industry with extensive global experience in business development, investment and M&A, marketing, and leading diverse teams to effectively implement localized operations. As a leader, he is committed to creating greater value for customers and shareholders.

   

  Mr. Wing Cheung has years of experience working at Fortune 500 companies. He served as IBM’s Global Vice President and General Manager of Software Business in Greater China, dedicated to helping customers achieve digital transformation through cloud computing, AI, IoT, security， and open source technologies. Prior to that, he was Global Vice President and General Manager of Cloud Computing Group at HP in China. With extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and investment strategies, he was deeply involved in M&A and spin-off projects between HP and H3C, Micro Focus, Compaq Computer.

   

  Mr. Wing Cheung holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Washington State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Oregon. He is also a member of the Royal Academy of Music in the United Kingdom. Mr. Wing Cheung has been honored with prestigious awards, such as 'The Most Inspiring CEOs of the Year 2022' by the renowned American business magazine 'CIO Times', the '2022 APCA Leader Award', the '2023 Asia-Pacific Digital Leader Award', etc.

  Mr. GAO is a seasoned financial management executive with extensive experience in Hong Kong and U.S. stock IPOs, financing, risk management, and internal auditing. As Chief Financial Officer of BodaData, Mr. GAO is fully responsible for the Company’s capital operations and financial management.

   

  Mr. GAO previously held positions at the Big Four accounting firms and well-known investment companies, where he was responsible for financial audits of listed companies as well as risk control for prospective investment targets. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of client companies. Mr. GAO possesses strong financial analysis capabilities and comprehensive expertise in financial management. He is familiar with both domestic and international capital markets and has contributed to multiple successful transactions.

   

  Mr. GAO received his bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and holds the Certified Public Accountant (CICPA) qualification.

He has abundant practical expertise in key account development, industry solution design, and the establishment of sales systems. Having long focused on major customers in sectors such as the internet and financial services, Mr. ZHOU possesses deep insight into the digital upgrading needs of these industries as well as the application scenarios of computing infrastructure.

  
  

  Mr. ZHOU previously held positions at well-known companies including Capital Networks, Gehua CATV Network, and Dr. Peng Group. During his tenure, he was responsible for expanding key industry accounts and managing sales teams, successfully driving the implementation of multiple core projects. His efforts significantly enhanced market coverage and strengthened customer service capabilities. Combining keen market insight with systematic management capabilities, Mr. ZHOU is a senior industry professional in the communications and computing infrastructure sectors, recognized for both his strategic vision and strong sales execution capabilities.

  Mr. YANG has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and team management in the data center industry, with extensive expertise in project development, customer development, and operations and management. He currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at BodaData, where he has led the completion of strategic cooperation with multiple major banks, leading internet companies, and telecom infrastructure operators. By precisely positioning projects in the market and fully integrating resources, he has played a key role in driving the Company’s rapid business growth.

   

  Mr. YANG joined the Company in 2003 and has been fully responsible for data center marketing and management across the Group’s North China region. He has successfully led his team in bringing the flagship Jiuxianqiao Data Center project to market, earning widespread recognition from both customers and industry peers. In 2012, commissioned by the Group, Mr. YANG spearheaded the establishment of the Shanghai Data Center and completed the formation of the Shanghai Data Center Business Division. In 2018, he led the team in launching the construction of the BodaData Langfang Intelligent Computing Center, creating a high-end, customized data center base and achieving a major business breakthrough for the Company in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.

   

  Mr. YANG holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Renmin University of China.

  Mr. LI has nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and team management in the communications and data center industries. He is highly skilled in integrating industry resources and has led the establishment of strong partnerships with multiple Fortune Global 500 companies. Mr. LI currently serves as Senior Vice President of Sales at BodaData.

   

  Mr. LI previously served as a Supervisor, Deputy Director of the Product Decision Committee, and General Manager of the South China Data Center at Dr. Peng Group. Under these roles, he was fully responsible for the construction and team management of the company’s data centers in the South China region and successfully established partnerships with Fortune Global 500 companies as well as leading internet and financial enterprises, earning high recognition from customers. Prior to that, he served as Assistant to the General Manager and Director of the General Manager’s Office of the Shenzhen Branch of Great Wall Broadband, as well as Deputy General Manager of the Shenzhen-Fujian-Guangxi Regional Division, where he proactively promoted the development of various business lines. He also spearheaded the establishment of the value-added business department, laying a foundation for the company’s subsequent expansion into second-curve business, including external partnerships, sales, and management. In addition, Mr. LI was responsible for affairs related to government relations, building sound relationships with relevant government authorities.

   

  Mr. LI graduated from Wuhan University of Technology, majoring in Communications Engineering and Business Administration. He has been recognized as an Enterprise Talent of Nanshan District, Shenzhen, and serves as an Expert Member of the Digital Infrastructure Branch of the Shenzhen Digital Economic Industry Promotion Association. He is also a Supervisor of the Shenzhen Qianhai New Internet Exchange Center, a member of the Expert Group of the CDCC Data Center, a member of the Expert Group of Huawei’s Smart DC Program, a Council Member of the Internet Society of China, and a member of the Second Information Technology Professional Committee of the Council for the Promotion of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Cooperation.

As an expert with a strong technical background and organizational leadership capabilities, Mr. BAI has long been dedicated to advancing the capability improvement and large-scale delivery of computing infrastructure, and continuously enhancing enterprises’ service capacity and operational efficiency in the era of intelligent computing.

  
  

  Mr. BAI has previously held positions at several technology and telecommunications companies, including Beijing Teletron Telecom Engineering Co., Ltd., Beijing Tonglingtong Telecommunications Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Xingyuan New Power Technology Co., Ltd., and Dr. Peng Group. During his tenure, he led teams in developing IDC and computing-related businesses, driving the upgrading from traditional data center services to high-performance computing infrastructure capabilities. He also played a key role in improving product and delivery systems, while accumulating extensive experience in computing resource coordination, project implementation management, and customer service capability enhancement.

  Mr. QI previously held key management positions at several well-known domestic and international network communications and data center companies. He served as Deputy General Manager at Dr. Peng Group, ChinaCache, and DCConnect China. He has also held senior leadership roles at DYXNet and China Entercom under CITIC Group. During his tenure, Mr. QI was deeply involved in optimizing product systems, restructuring sales organizations, and strategically expanding key accounts, while accumulating advanced experience in cross-regional resource integration and team leadership.

  Mr. ZHAO has 15 years of experience in operations and maintenance management for large-scale data centers. He possesses extensive expertise in ensuring the safe and stable operation of data centers, cost management, and the application of green, low-carbon and energy-efficient technologies. As Vice President of Operations and Maintenance Department at BodaData, Mr. ZHAO is responsible for the operations and management of the Company’s data centers across China, ensuring the security, stability, and efficient operation of both data center infrastructure and network systems. He also oversees the planning of operational direction of data centers, cost control, and external coordination, while participating in the full lifecycle management of data centers, from delivery, decommissioning, and optimization to ongoing operations and transformation.

   

  Mr. ZHAO previously served as General Manager of the Data Center Operations and Maintenance Department at Dr. Peng Group, where he managed nearly 15 data centers across China. Under this role, he ensured the secure, stable, efficient, and energy-efficient operation of these facilities, while leveraging years of management experience to effectively control operational costs through routine management and information-based means. He also supported the sales team in negotiations for major projects, technical proposal responses, and operational cost estimation, and participated in bidding processes and data center operations and maintenance for leading internet and financial enterprises, earning high recognition from customers. In addition, Mr. ZHAO has maintained good relationships with local government authorities and had a deep understanding of local regulatory policies, ensuring the stable operation of data centers.

   

  Mr. ZHAO holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Information Engineering from Beijing Union University. He is certified under the Uptime Institute Accredited Operations Specialist (AOS) program and is a member of the Expert Group of the CDCC. Under his leadership, the operations and maintenance team has received multiple honors, including the Alibaba Special Assurance Award and the Everbright Bank Annual Outstanding Operations and Maintenance Service Supplier Award.
